Refund & Returns Policy

At terpmetrix, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns
- Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  - Custom or personalized products
  - Digital downloads

Refunds
- Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Exchanges: For exchanges, shipping costs may apply depending on the situation.

Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will provide instructions for returning the item or issuing a replacement at no additional cost.
